Everyone Knows in the End
The Annapolis Summit is just an empty vehicle for President Bush to clear the way for his real aim attacking Iran
Ran Porat (10/21/2007)
At the July celebrations on the White House Lawn, President Bush announced that an international summit would be held to promote the Palestinian issue. The speech marked five years since a far more important speech given on June 24, 2002, when he publicly committed himself to the vision of two states for two nations. At the time the speech was one of the most important signals that the US had finally rejected Palestinian leader Yassir Arafat, the sick man of the Bosphorous (as the Ottoman Empire was called in its last days), as everyone waited for him to die and be replaced by another leader.

After a review of todays numerous articles from several countries, Iran is about to be dealt with. The military clock has been activated, attack forthcoming.
The Lekarev Report
In his visit yesterday to French President Nicolas Sarkozy and today to British premier Gordon Brown, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is delivering a warning; i.e., that Iran has already crossed the 'red line' in their development of a nuclear bomb. This follows his delivery of the same message to Russian president Vladimir Putin last week at the same time that Israel's defense minister Ehud Barak presented the updated intelligence on the advances Iran has made towards its goal of a nuclear weapon to American officials in Washington, including President Bush.

The military option is now on the table |

Does Israel have a date to strike Iran? Is there a timeline that is now ticking? Does Bush's comment about Iran and World War III part of an Israeli/US strategy that will trigger the run into Iran? Putin has now been told that we are moving in that direction unless something is done about Iran's current direction in the development of nuclear missiles
The military option is now on the table
by Herb Keinon
Prime Minister Ehud Olmert sat in a green-gilded room in the Kremlin on October 18 and told Russian President Vladimir Putin the Iranians needed to fear that if they continued with their nuclear march, "something will happen to them that they don't want."

Does Olmert really want to sign a deal with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas? You must be joking! Olmert has lost his brain!
When we draw cartoons of them, they kill us. Well, they have drawn cartoons of them killing us, so what is the appropriate response, eh? From Israel National News:
Abbas' Newspaper: 'Allah, Kill Americans' by Gil Ronen ( IsraelNN.com) Al-Hayat al-Jadida, the largest Palestinian Authority (PA) daily newspaper controlled by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, featured a cartoon this week that illustrated a prayer for the killing of Americans. A Muslim is shown kneeling in prayer facing a U.S. B-2 stealth bomber, silhouetted in the sky.

Surge of Troops in Iraq brings great Results |

All this talk about the troop surge is a bit odd. It seems to be perfectly obvious that an increase in the size of combat forces in a hostile region would automatically bring down violence and help stabilize the area.

Caroline Glick from JPost
As expected, after bending the Pakistani constitution like a pretzel, Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf won his bid for reelection on Saturday. But Musharraf has not been strengthened by the race, to the contrary. In order to secure his reelection, he was forced to agree to stand down from his command over the Pakistani military. He was further forced to accept a role for other political forces - particularly the Pakistani People's Party led by exiled former prime minister Benazir Bhutto - in the governing of the country.
