KSM is not a war criminal and therefore, can't be tried as one. Too bad so many idiots supported George Bush's folly in Iraq and Afghanistan which cost far more human lives than 9/11 and sent the U.S. into a black hole of debt. President Bush bumbled his way into war and seemed far more focused on how he and his buddies were going to profit monetarily rather than what consequences his ignorance and greed may have yielded. I'm upset with Obama too. Not because of KSM's trial, but for the fact that I think other so-called "enemy combatants" we have in custody should also have a trial. I haven't heard what Obama wants to do with them and I suspect it is because they don't have a great case against them.
