Cliff, this is an excellent piece by you. Being a talk show host on two stations, I should be all over this, but I haven't had the time with all the skulduggery and treason coming out of D.C. and things happening overseas that alwso concern me.

A scandal at FOX? I really could care less, but as I read your piece I realized that it's important if and only because FOX is the only cable TV station that has a fairly balanced format and of course becuase it's under attack now from The White House. Of course, when the MSM whether it be FOX, CNN or MSNBC screws up as FOX did in hiring Hill, someone should ask "why". I think it's because--let's get it out there--because he's a good looking black man and FOX (read Murdoch) wanted more "diversity". As we all know, hiring someone because they are a particular race smacks of discrimination against those of other races who weren't hired--what is known as "reverse discrimination". Before I had my cable service turned off the day after the election, I remember seeing Hill on O'Reilly or perhaps elsewhere on FOX. I remember asking myself then "Why is this man on FOX?" The question, of course, answered itself. Now, I know nothing about Hill's involvement with or support of terrorists, but it doesn't surprise me. - Dave Levine
