			<description>great article.  but the logic of your conclusion is fallible: there is no such 'guarantee' that these attacks will ever turn deadly simply by assuming they will increase in number, although i can see your point by way of following other such forces at work, such as police shootings and 'collateral damage' accidents in bombing missions of the NATO militaries engaged in foreign wars. - Nickie Caucescu</description>
