There are only two citizenship status in the US, natural born and naturalized. Being born in the US makes you a natural born citizen, even if your parents are non US citizens, and yes, even if some other country considers you a citizen also. This is not actually open for debate; it's been resolved by the supreme court (US vs Wong Kim Ark) "It thus clearly appears that by the law of England for the last three centuries, beginning before the settlement of this country, and continuing to the present day, aliens, while residing in the dominions possessed by the crown of England, were within the allegiance, the obedience, the faith or loyalty, the protection, the power, and the jurisdiction of the English sovereign; and therefore every child born in England of alien parents was a natural-born subject, unless the child of an ambassador or other diplomatic agent of a foreign state, or of an alien enemy in hostile occupation of the place where the child was born. Here's what the media have uncovered; the original birth-certificate scanned and posted on-line for all to see, the COLB, two local newspapers announcing his birth in Hawaii, on-the-record statements from the Governor of Hawaii stating he was born in Hawaii, a bill passed by the US House 378 to 0 stating he was born in Hawaii, recorded audio of his Grandmother saying he was born in Hawaii, letters to Kenyan relatives announcing his birth in Hawaii and on and on. You have a forged Republic of Kenya birth-certificate 'issued' before the Republic of Kenya existed (it was a british territory at the time) and a typo on a my-space page. Get real. There are records showing (passort) that Fujimori parents brought him from Japan when he was almost 2 years old.
