Only one country has ever paid America back, in full, for what we have loaned to them and that country no longer exists! That country is East Germany. A defense budget should be developed by the Department of Defense and that is it..not add ons for military defense, that should be included in the above Department's budget; if it needs altering along the way, then it is back to Congress. You cannot tell me we do not have a leader in that Department that cannot trouble shoot the budget as it is now and come up with a good, solid and sufficient budget to maintain our strength worldwide. I fear to say that if we are still in Iraq and Afghanistan and we have to take on N. Korea, we will be short not only personnel, but also equipment and other needed supplies. With the President and his Regime building a case against those that have and are now fighting for this country as well as for Iraq's freedom. one wonders what gives them the right to do this? It is my hope we will see Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin in 2012's election; we surely would have been better off as a nation, more secure in our freedoms as guaranteed by the Constitution had he or McCain been elected. I am hopeful that the Obamamaniacs now see the crisis that this inexperienced President has brought us into in every faction of livelihood and in a circle that, when completed, will leave us divided which weakens us as a nation. If people would take a look at our beginning history and follow it, they could see our strength build after beating out overwhelming odds, sacrificing life and limb, suffering, etc. My being an Indian, helping these Euopreans that spit it back at us and took away our freedoms, does not deter me from wanting America back as it was intended to be and stay by the forefathers who were Christian and wrote the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, etc. so the nation would remain strong, principled and freedom would endure. It saddens me that the ACLU thinks that God should be separate from church and state. He was included in these first documents by Christians that saw and lived the principles and values needed to build and maintain a strong nation.
