History to be repeated.....

A couple of thing that must be considered:
The called 'New world order' has already been here. However, it has been and will always be a failure.
Attempts will be made to reinvent it, but the outcome will be the same as the last.

Historical record:
After world war I, The first attempt was the 'League of nations'. After the Great war, it was the United Stated that invented it, U.S. President Wilson said that the League “would be a forum for the dispensation of justice for all men and wipe out the threat of war forever.”
It failed, as it didn't halt the onset of WWII.
After WWII, The United Nations was formed, and its charter is “to maintain international peace and security.”
Fail, as evidenced by the warfare, terrorism and general mayhem and cloak and dagger meddling being conducted worldwide by the same member nations.

The UN will be soon re-invented again
Historically, its re-invention is caused by certain triggers, such as world war. Today, we have world economic collapse.
However, as history has dictated, it will be the same as before because one important element for its success cannot be achieved; the member nations cannot agree to anything.
When one or several members of its body feel they're not getting their 'fair share', then everything that was planned and purposed will return to its ruins, and it will return to its toothless, ineffectual body of bickering fools.

So the question is, what arrangement or organization can bring true peace and security?
