			<description>It's not clear to me by what means a new Constitution could be enforced if the People didn't want it.
Even if it eliminated the Supreme Court and instituted the Convention Delegates as the entire government, unless the military and/or National Guard were willing to take the peoples' guns from them, who would say we had to abide by it?
