			<description>You say that â€œthe nuclear industry does not need subsidies or handouts in order to succeed,â€ however the leading experts on Wall Street disagree.  Just last week the Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs &amp; Co. testified, in front of a Senate Subcommittee hearing, that Wall Street will not financially back the building of new nuclear reactors without federally funded loan guarantees.  It is too big of a risk for Wall Street.  The utility companies are undersized compared to scope of the projected costs.
