In Spite of His Words: Rev. Jeremiah Wright

E-mail Print

April 2, 2008
By Marie Jon'

It seems that the image of Reverend Jeremiah Wright (former pastor of presidential candidate Barack  Obama) is being expiated after offending Americans with his inflammatory, bigoted and anti-American words.

The divinity wagons have been circled to protect the bombastic preacher in spite of his words.

E-mail Print

April 1, 2008
By Vincent Gioia
Achieving a global carbon credit mechanism continues to be at the top of the agenda of the three contenders for their party's presidential nomination despite numerous scientific studies concluding that warming of the entire solar system is part of a natural cycle. Non-stop propaganda from the news media and politicians continue to blame man made carbon emissions for warming the planet.

The Left's Mischaracterization of Israel
By Aaron Velasquez, Right Side News, 1 April 2008

The American right loves Israel. We love Israel because Israel is us. Israel has McDonalds, night clubs, a middle class, semiconductor plants, and nuclear weapons. The left hates Israel for exactly these same things. Some liberals go one better and equate Israel with Nazi Germany, with Palestinians acting the part of the Jews. As bizarre as this seems to me, it plays well in the emotionally-driven finger-pointing crowd.

The same can be said for their non-Palestinian sympathizers in the West. In 2005, Guardian columnist Katherine Viner and actor Alan Rickman co-wrote a play called My Name is Rachel Corrie, which was based on her diaries and emails.

March 26, 2008
By Cliff Kincaid

Barrack Obama’s pastor not only spews anti-American rhetoric from the pulpit but favors shaking down U.S. taxpayers for “reparations” for slavery. The Reverend Dr. Jeremiah Wright was the keynote speaker at the 2007 annual conference of N’COBRA, which stands for the National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America.
