I’m beginning to catch on to the strategy.

It’s like the shell game. Keep the public and the media watching the problems with the economy, while another sinister agenda is going on unchallenged and out of sight.

Meanwhile, the U.S. government may have killed a few despots and terrorists in foreign lands to make it look like a successful war against terrorism is being waged. The Obama-loving media likes that very much. Kudos to the president. Don’t look anywhere else.

I repeat: Is democracy the killer of liberty? The dictionary defines democracy as the rule of the people. Even at its best, "democracy is the worst form of government except for all the rest," according to Winston Churchill.  

Is democracy a very bad form of government? Does it hold the threat of destroying humanity's most precious right - liberty? Here are some things to think about.

The FBI has released photos, videos, and documents in the case of 10 Russian secret agents arrested and quickly deported in 2010. The documents are mostly heavily redacted and of no practical value to those interested in the details about on-going Russian operations against the U.S. What is perhaps more interesting and significant is what the Russians are doing in plain sight by using American cable and satellite systems against us.

It’s tough enough trying to be a Christian in this secular world without taking misleading doctrinal advice from non–believers who deny the divinity of Christ. 

But some Christians obviously can’t resist because Hindus, Buddhists, Zen masters, Wiccans, pagans, fire worshipers, polytheists, agnostics, atheists and Unitarians continue their work of trying to get us to follow the “real” teaching of Jesus.

 China has been increasing its influence and presence in recent months, though it’s not getting a lot of attention in our media. One topic that was covered extensively was the issue of Congress attempting to pass a law to combat China’s currency regulation. It has passed in the Senate, and is being held up in the House. There is concern that the bill could start a trade war, and antagonize the Chinese, costing American jobs.

On November 9th, 2011 Americans will get an up close and personal demonstration of the new powers the US government has given itself over America’s broadcast services.  There will be a complete take over of the nation’s air waves, both television and radio - plus -- cable television systems, wireless cable systems, satellite digital audio radio service (SDARS) providers, and direct broadcast satellite (DBS) providers.
