It may not be the biggest scandal of the Obama Administration, but the collusion between the Department of the Interior and the Occupy Wall Street movement has caught the attention of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa. This, in turn, has led to some coverage by the media of the illegal takeover of public parks in Washington, D.C., and the damage that has been allowed to occur by top Obama officials.

Obama Officials Permit Trashing of Parks by Occupiers
The Truths of Occupy Wall Street
Occupy Wall Street had a viable message at the start-up of their campaign, though their complaints should have focused more on 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, where the feeders off Wall Street fatten their political wallets. Anyone who thinks that Barack Obama (and yes, past presidents did as well) is not gorging off the Wall Street money trough, is greatly mistaken. It’s a matter of supply and demand. Obama is as guilty as anyone. He makes public speeches condemning Wall Street, but that’s double-speak from two sides of the mouth. As usual, people believe him.
Gingrich Is Smarter than the News Media
Newt Gingrich came under attack by the media for telling a Jewish television channel, “I think we have had an invented Palestinian people who are in fact Arabs.” The remarks “were met with surprise and dismay by a range of actors on the foreign policy stage…” The Washington Post said.
What About Gingrich?
The upper echelons of the Republican Party are in a state of high angst. Their phone lines and e-mails are flashing back and forth with amazing speed and in astounding volumes. Many are showing signs of what we southern folks used to call “the vapors” as they place the back of their open hand to their foreheads and slouch softly to the floor in a state of quiet apoplexy.
WAPO Slanders U.S. Military in Iraq
I rarely read The New York Times or Washington Post because the reporting is so biased it sickens me. Pick any topic, from politics to science, these and other liberal mainstream newspapers are divorced from the most basic standards of honesty and accuracy.
Killing Bin Laden: What Didn’t They Tell Us, and Why?
The explosive new book by former Navy SEAL, Chuck Pfarrer, has led to a reconsideration of what actually happened when SEAL Team 6 took out Osama bin Laden last May. The media coverage of the book has largely focused on the specific details of the operation, but there is much more to Pfarrer’s book, SEAL Target Geronimo: The Inside Story of the Mission to Kill Osama Bin Laden, that has received little or no attention. Pfarrer recently gave an exclusive interview to Accuracy in Media, in which he talked about the culture and character of the SEALs, about his own unique story, and the so-called War Against Terrorism.
Media Promote Global Tax as Financial Crisis Deepens
A New York Times story about a “modest” global tax mentions some of those supporting the idea but forgets an important one—the United Nations. I attended a November 30 U.N.-sponsored conference in Washington, D.C., where officials of the U.N. Development Program (UNDP) appeared on a panel endorsing the idea.
