I don't know whether Israel did or did not assassinate the leader of the Hamas military wing, Mahmoud al-Mabhouh. But assuming for argument's sake that the Mossad made the hit, did it have the right to engage in this "extrajudicial assassination?"
Not all extrajudicial killings are unlawful. Every soldier who kills an enemy combatant engages in an extrajudicial killing, as does every policeman who shoots a fleeing felon. There are several complex legal questions involved in assessing these situations.

Our leaders, military and civilian, all wanted to ignore the June 2009 jihad attack on Pvt. William Long outside an Army Navy recruiting center in Little Rock.

The thunder, of course, is the American people who have had enough of uncontrolled spending and the quickstep to socialistic left with which Barack Obama and his political supporting cast has taken this country with an arrogant indifference to opposition by the American people. So, as is the case in a free country, our system will be used to wash away these destructive forces and the nation will begin to heal itself and hopefully, be wiser for the experience.
