The Plan to Ditch the Electoral College
The liberals really don't like our constitutional process of electing Presidents by the Electoral College, and every few years they come up with a new plan to abolish, change or bypass it, sometimes by unconstitutional means. One such plan has been launched by three losers who were defeated in the 1980 Reagan landslide: John Anderson, Birch Bayh and John Buchanan.

From the American Patrol Report comes a reminder to us that Hillary would give amnesty to 12 million law-breaking, low paid, low skilled, illegal aliens. Just a reminder of how much these illegal aliens are costing YOU and I as they siphon off billions of dollars in education, healthcare and incarceration costs.

I have heard about the U. S. Border Patrol Academy, but never really looked into their organization until recently.  I had no clue about the border patrol academy schedule, or what is involved in the training of these great men and women who devote their daily lives to law enforcement and more.

I just heard from the office of Jay Alan Sekulow at the American Center for Law and Justice, and Michael Newdow from Freedom From Religion Foundation has filed suit yet again to remove "under God" from our Pledge of Allegiance.  I pray that this atheists efforts will only rally the troops against him.

Received an email from my friend Laura this morning, and the costs of illegal aliens and the unsecured borders is huge. Some of these reports are several years old and do not take into account the massive influx of illegals since then. Our leaders are not solving this problem and it takes you and I to be active in the policital process.

We are making progress in Maryland, where 925 criminal aliens were arrested last year due to establishment of the Fugitive Operations Program which in turn enforced existing law. This is the way it should be done, the enforcement of LAW. Jim Kouri writes about the success of ICE in Maryland and elsewhere.

Analysis based on an estimated 55,000 illegal alien population residing in Iowa indicates that they cost the state’s taxpayers more than $241 million per year for education, medical care and incarceration.
