Is the average American citizen really foolish enough to think we are still a free independent sovereign nation today? How is thee totally globally dependent? Let me count the ways!
First, the open borders policy of our Federal Government demonstrates that America is no longer a sovereign nation governed by any Constitution or set of laws on the books.
Next, the out of control tyranny of our Federal Government, not the least of which is their boot on the neck of the 9th and 10th Amendments, demonstrates that America is no longer a free nation -- and last but not least, our total dependence upon foreign lenders and suppliers, some of them our sworn enemies, demonstrates that we are far from an independent nation today.
With these truths in mind, tell me again what we are celebrating on July 4th 2011?
Our young soldiers are dying in Afghanistan just so that our State Department can sell Afghanistan back to the Taliban. They are dying in Iraq just so that the Obama administration can eventually cut-n-run leaving Iraq in ruins and totally vulnerable to nuclear Iran.
Meanwhile, the anti-war Democrat party has launched at least three new wars in Libya, Yemen and Pakistan, none of them approved by congress and therefore, in direct violation of The War Powers Act and the U.S. Constitution.
Our Justice system is focused only on social justice and a Marxist takeover of the USA, and they are using our Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agencies to track and silence dissenters in a fashion that would make Stalin proud. The U.S. press operates as though it’s run by Goebbels, essentially a modern day fifth column for the international left and nothing more.
Our Federal Government is working around the clock to destroy our free-market, making certain that America can never recover from the economic depression they have plotted and carefully nurtured into a crisis of monumental proportions, as they work to end the U.S. dollar and bring about their Global Government in which no nation on earth will be free, independent, prosperous or secure.
I’d say we have absolutely nothing to celebrate this July 4th…unless you are Marxist, in which case, your fifteen minutes in the sun has arrived!
The land of the free is now officially the land of the free-lunch. The home of the brave is now occupied by the most cowardly self-centered citizens ever known to mankind.
The global Marxists are so far down the track to total success in America that the average citizens dare not pull their head out of their rear-ends and take a look around, it’s just too frightening and if they ever grasp the radical changes happening to their country today, they might have to do something radical about it.
As for those political saviors elected in 2010, they just voted to confirm Leon Panetta as Obama’s new head of the Defense Department, a man with no defense experience and a long history of supporting the international leftist movement to destroy America. Next they will vote to confirm Petraeus, a military leader who has failed in Afghanistan and Iraq, as Obama’s new head of the C.I.A. – also a man sympathetic to the international left.
So much for the Tea Party saviors of 2010… they will vote for amnesty shortly as well, along with rest of Obama’s anti-American agenda. Independence Day? We are a nation of Federal Dependents!
So once again, tell me what we are celebrating this so-called Independence Day? All the men and women who fought and died for freedom and liberty, only to watch citizens piss it all away in search of free stuff.
When you figure out what we are celebrating this 4th, let me know, please…. Best I can tell, Americans need to do something worthy of celebration first! Our forefathers did, but we have certainly dropped the ball, to say the very least.
