Whoa! Muslims agree with me: No Muslims in the US military!
This will make your head explode. Sharia law has just been enshrined in the US military. Remember how the clueless Mitt Romney said he wasn’t worried about the imposition of sharia law, because it could never happen here? Guess again, Mitt.
Last month, the secretary of the Army granted conscientious objector status to a Muslim in the US Army, after he refused to obey orders to deploy to Afghanistan where he might have to kill fellow Muslims.
Rather than getting tossed in the brig, he is now a hero and a pioneer. If you are a Muslim in the US military, you now get to choose which of our nation’s sworn enemies you will fight. You don’t want to fight Muslims, no problem. You get a pass. The rest of your army buddies will have to strap it on and risk their lives to defend this country, but because your allegiance to Allah is higher than your allegiance to us, you get a get out of jail free card.
This travesty only came to light because this Muslim soldier - PFC Nasser Abdo - was brought up on charges last week after child porn was found on his taxpayer-funded computer.
Now my dad was a conscientious objector (CO) in World War II because, as a Mennonite, he didn’t believe in killing anybody. But he served his country as a medic all through the war, close to the front lines and in harm’s way.
But Muslims don’t have objections to killing in general. They’ve got no problem blowing up infidels and cutting their heads off, in imitation of their blessed prophet, peace be upon him. They only have qualms about killing the Muslims who want to kill Americans.
This was Major Nidal Hasan’s whole beef. His 2007 presentation at Walter Reed Medical Center was all about the verses in the Qur’an which prohibit one Muslim from killing another and how the army better starting granting CO status to Muslims soldiers or “adverse events” would happen. Like Hasan, for instance, shooting down 14 infidels in cold blood at Ft. Hood after jumping up on a table and shouting “Allahu Akhbar!”
Hasan went on in his presentation to say that if Muslims aren’t given a pass on deployment to Muslim lands, Muslim soldiers are going to murder their fellow infidel soldiers, spy on the U.S., desert their units, and refuse to deploy.
Maj. Hasan has just been vindicated. The Army, by granting CO status to Abdo, is essentially saying, yep, that one was on us. If we’d only listened and given him a pass on fulfilling his sacred and sworn duty to defend this country, that “adverse event” never would have happened. Our bad, says the Army. Poor Nidal was just being a good Muslim, and shame on us for not recognizing it. Shame on us for putting him in a position where he had no choice but to gun down the pagans. “Slay the idolaters wherever you find them,” says the prophet, peace be upon him. Silly us, says the Army, for not taking the prophet seriously.
Now here’s the kicker. I was castigated from east to west and north to south for writing last fall that we should not allow Muslims to serve in the military for the simple and sane reason that their god tells them to kill us.
Lo and behold, I am now getting support for my position - no Muslims in the US military - from Muslims, of all people! And they’re saying it even louder than I am.
Here’s Abdo to Al-Jazeera: “I don’t believe I can involve myself in an army that wages war against Muslims.”
Here’s Abdo to ABC News: “A Muslim is not allowed to participate in an Islamically unjust war. Any Muslim who knows his religion...can find out very clearly why he should not participate in the U.S. military.”
The Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA) has issued fatwas prohibiting Muslims from serving even as military contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood, is hard at work right now trying to get another Muslim soldier at Ft. Hood CO status, apparently to keep him from shooting up some more unbelievers.
So now it’s no longer just me saying no more Muslims in the military. It’s now Muslim imams, Muslim soldiers, and even the secretary of the Army his own self.
Consider me vindicated.
