Can Endless Immigration Into The US Reduce World Poverty: Visual Answer

Americans continue the anachronistic concept that they can help the poverty of the world by importing over 2.3 million immigrants annually into the United States.  When immigrants add their 900,000 births within the U.S. annually, the numbers exceed 3.1 million added arrivals.

That concept faces accelerating consequences as to U.S. environment, quality of life and sustainability in the coming decade.

illegal_aliens_are_not_immigrants_stickerEach year—the suffering, starving and misery of the third world adds an astounding 80 million people net gain.  The third world inundates itself with sheer numbers via culture, religion and illiteracy.  While we call them ‘developing countries’, the fact remains, they degrade beyond solutions with population growth.

CAN WE SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS? NOT A CHANCE!

In a five minute astoundingly simple yet brilliant video, “Immigration, Poverty, and Gum balls”, Roy Beck, director of  NumbersUSA.org, dispels the ‘theory’ that immigration helps other countries.  In fact, it destroys their ability to better themselves while it creates havoc within host countries.  Take five minutes to see for yourself:

Americans fail to understand that, according to the World Bank, over three to four billion human beings on this planet live on less than $2 per day.  Over 1.0 million cannot secure a glass of clean drinking water.  Another 18 million of them die of starvation or related diseases.  As you watch the Beck’s five minute video, he illustrates their dilemma and our predicament.

As it is, we immigrate over 3.1 million legally of the world’s best and brightest that leaves their countries with their least educated and without future leaders.  Emigration exacerbates their consequences in profound ways.  Beck spells it out.

If you look back at the founding of this nation, the framers of the Constitution ignored, evaded and avoided solutions to the question of slavery.   They kicked the can down the road.  We all know what happened less than 100 years later: Civil War which nearly destroyed our civilization.

In the 21st century, if we continue kicking the can down the road, immigration and overpopulation will create greater consequences on multiple levels—beyond anyone’s current understandings.

What are the consequences?  Demographers project the United States to add 100 million more people by 2035—a scant 25 years from now.  Additionally, another 38 million on top of that 100 million to total 138 million additions by 2050, or, a total growth rate from 300 million in October of 2006 to 438 million Americans by 2050.  Further, U.S. population projections show our population doubling to 600 million by 2070 give or take a few years.

Experts and scientists tell us that we face water shortages, energy crises, climate destabilization, carbon footprint destruction of our soils and oceans, species extinction accelerating, lowering of quality of life, food scarcity and a host of degrading realities for all Americans of every race, creed or color.
