By now, the majority of Americans get it - Obama appoints his flunkies, the worst of the worst, to do his dirty work.
Harold Hurtt, former police chief of Phoenix and Houston, now director of U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE)- Office of State and Local Coordination, will open the borders to anybody.
Come on over and don't worry, Chief Hurtt won't mind if you kill a few people while you're here. Rather some dead cops and citizens, than offending illegal alien drug dealers and murderers. He'll give you sanctuary. Hurtt supports policies that only check the aggressor's immigration status after the victim is dead.
Just ask the widow of slain Houston police officer Rodney Johnson. She is suing Hurtt for failing to enforce the federal immigration law. In 2007 Officer Johnson was shot seven times in the front seat of his squad car while filling out paperwork after a routine traffic stop.
Jose Quintero, an illegal immigrant, was deported in 1999 after pleading guilty to indecency with a 12-year old girl. He found his way back to Hurtt's sanctuary city, racked up several DWI's(with no driver's license) and killed Johnson in cold blood.
And if that doesn't look bad enough on Hurtt's resume for the $180,000 a year job, go back to 2005 when he was police chief in Phoenix where two police officers were killed and another wounded by an illegal alien in similar circumstances. From borderfirereport.net:

Hurtt has aided and abetted these crimes even on Capitol Hill where he testified on August 17, 2006 against a bill that would "cut federal funding to police departments that refused to enforce immigration laws." He called the bill "wrong and misguided."
The 63-year old will do Holder's and Obama's bidding. He will put the whole nation in danger not just Phoenix and Houston.
His entire record from his early years in Cochise County, Arizona when he was involved in the infamous "Miracle Valley Shoot-Out" to the recent murders of brave police officers who deserved better, has been a travesty.
How many more innocent law abiding citizens will die because of this man?
