Houston needed Mexican "butcher" Santa Anna to sign peace treaty and order rest of his troops to leave Texas. Contemporary patriots need America's tyrants alive to prove integrity of Constitution by providing tyrants with their due process: indictments, trials, defenses, convictions, appeals, and due process in some cases capital punishments.
4. Security begins with vigilance, you the reader's assignment if you choose to accept it; look up definition of vigilance.
