The rumor is circulating around that the Security Exchange Commission may start asking every publicly-owned corporation in America for an electronic-transcript of the entire minutes of every meeting of the corporation's board of directors starting January 2011. Part of the scheme would consist of making use of the Obama regime's mantra: "no good crisis should go to waste", as Rahm Emanuel paraphrases one of Lenin's most heinous dictums. To that effect, the Obama regime's SEC bloodhounds most likely are at this moment in a frenzy trying to uncover the next Enron scandal to then strike in full force with the board-of-directors-minutes measure as an emergency measure, much the same as Obama did with the Gulf oil-spill to ban any drilling for oil. It would be just an executive order or a new "rule" by the SEC, and that's would be it.
If Obama gets away with his intention of getting those minute-transcripts, then his regime would have, for all practical purposes, gained control of publicly-owned corporations.
That would definitely be entirely against the 4th Amendment and an outrageous move of an authentic Fascist cut.

In some areas of the economy and American life, Obama has gone full-fledged socialist (government ownership of student loans, Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac, Obamacare, etc) and in others he has gone Fascist (co-ownership of General Motors, Chrysler, etc. and now this measure to control the board of directors of corporations).
The two main points here are 1- that Obama is fully and definitely on the path of "...fundamentally transforming the United States of America..." into socialist America and 2- that he doesn't give a damn about the Constitution, which he deems just "...a charter of negative liberties."
This hardcore Leftist, Obama, must be manacled politically and ideologically in November 2, by way of cleaning the U.S. Congress off all leftists and RINOs running for re-election; if it weren't for the U.S. Congress, now in the hands of hardcore Leftists and RINOs, Obama wouldn't have been able to inflict on America all the harm he has so far caused, and all what he has in store from now until January 21, 2011...at least the following four catastrophic strikes: Cap and Trade, Illegal Immigration Amnesty, Financial Institutions "Reform", and 401K Accounts Grabbing.
We all must call America to rise up...at the ballot box, of course, for we must use lawful and peaceful methods to, first, tie Obama's hands politically and ideologically, next November 2 election-day, and then sack him along with his gang, czars and all, out of the White House on November 6, 2012.
And that can definitely be done. First of all, the Democrat Party has shrunk to its hardcore-Left bare bones, as depicted conceptually below, with superimposed numbers processed from raw data taken from the U.S. Census Bureau and the most recent Rasmussen polls:
The Democrat Party had shrunk from 54.5 million --who supported Obama so strongly in November 2008 that they voted for him-- to about a nominally 45.9 million today; that is, the Democrat Party has suffered a drop of about 8.6 million or about 15.5%.
However, out of those 45.9 million, today only about 34.1 million support Obama strongly enough to vote for him; in other words, the effective membership of the Democrat party has dropped by 20.4 million, or by about a shocking 44.4%. The numbers of those who remain in the Demotraitor Party are accurately reflected in the picture above.
Add to it that the 22 million independents that were bamboozled by Obama, with the sheer complicity of the "mainstream" media to vote for him, have defected, panicked when realizing who Obama is. (Beware, though, that by imposing on us, We the People, amnesty for up to 30 million illegal immigrants, he would be making up for those 22 million independents that he has lost).
Then, there is a whooping 82 million of oblivious eligible voters that didn't vote in the last presidential election. Then, consider that 1- more than 97% of blacks vote their skin-color for Obama; 2- more than 78% Jews voted their leftist ideology for Obama as well (NOTE: Jew support for Obama is now down to 50%, but still more than 78% Jews remain loyal Democrats); and 3- more than 67% of Hispanics voted their support for Mexican illegal immigration by voting for Obama. The great news here is that those 82 million oblivious ones are none of the above. The great problem is, however, that they are completely oblivious to the past, present and future of America.
It is therefore imperative that we all go out and talk our neighbors into becoming fully aware of where the Democrats have cornered America, and where the Democrats --with Obama as their drum major-- are pushing America to: SOCIALISM...a system that not only has failed wherever it has been tried, but that has also given rise to great horrors in all forms, from mass executions, concentration camp imprisonment, torture, famine, to massive euthanasia of the elderly and the handicapped. You must remember prominent Democrat Robert Reich advocating publicly euthanasia on American elderly (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IT7Y0TOBuG4) if front of cheering and applauding U.C Berkeley students.
Once that those 82 million have been brought to full awareness, they then must be also organized and activated, and here is where ad hoc organizations such as www.AnyStreet.org can play a pivotal role.
It is imperative, then, that each one of us realize that America is at such most critical crossroads in terms of her fate, that 1-absolutely every single American that voted against Obama (62 million); 2-every single American independent (26 million) and Democrat deserters (9 million) that voted for Obama; and 3- every single American that didn't vote in the last presidential election (82 million) must be organized and activated against Obama and the Democrats.
