Rebuilding Mexico: Four Pillars Instead of a Fence

The American Patrol Report is working on a report on the Border Management Summit held last week in Tucson. Our preliminary conclusion is that it was a carefully orchestrated effort to convince the attendees to buy into a plan to control the border by rebuilding Mexico.

FourPillarsHillaryThe following is from Brig. General Feldermans' remarks:

"Not sure if you've seen this or not, but Ambassador Pascual, the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico, and his team developed these four pillars here. Obstructing the capacity of organized crime to operate, - you should be able to read it - institutionalize the capacity to sustain the rule of law - creating a 21st Century border structure - and building strong, resilient communities."

So, instead of focusing on what it would take to control the border, attendees were treated to a lecture on what it is going to take to control all of Mexico.

Hang on to your hat folks, because we have now added Mexico to Iraq and Afghanistan as nation-building obligations of the U.S. taxpayer.... over several lifetimes. Update pending....STAY TUNED TO AMERICAN PATROL
