2009-02-10-BaltLegConf09034cropped-thumb-300x225As I wrote in The Daily Caller, according to the form ACORN Housing paid the lobbying firm $40,000 in the first quarter of 2010 to lobby Congress, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

ACORN Housing is under investigation by HUD.

The housing bubble generator known as ACORN Housing, whose employees counseled undercover conservative activists last year on the finer points of prostitution, tax evasion, money laundering, and illegal immigrant smuggling has merely changed its name.

ACORN's rebranding process, by which state chapters are breaking away and incorporating themselves under new names, is a farce.
