Sen. McCain faces toughest re-election challenge
Phoenix -- Defeated just two years ago as the Republican presidential candidate and with his bonafides as a true conservative again being challenged, John McCain finds himself in a struggle to get even his party's nomination for another term in the Senate. [...]
Hayworth and his supporters are particularly troubled by McCain's immigration bill, which they call "amnesty" for illegal [aliens].
McCain has since backed off his calls for comprehensive immigration reform, saying the government should focus first on securing the border before figuring out how to handle the millions of illegal immigrants already in the country. He says he opposes amnesty.

Dick Armey whitewashes John McCain's fiscal irresponsibility record
Over the last year, John McCain supported everything that the grass-roots Tea Party movement has stood against:
*The $700 billion all-purpose, earmark-stuffed TARP bailout;
*The $25 billion auto bailout;
*The $300 billion mortgage entitlement bailout; and
*The first $85 billion AIG bailout.
When push came to shove, McCain and his economic advisers (including his hand-picked California GOP Senate candidate, Carly Fiorina) caved to the Chicken Little chaos in Washington every time and joined hands with Barack Obama.
Sen. John McCain's loyalty does not lie with the American people
During his failed 2008 campaign, John McCain once again proved his contempt for the American people as well as his disregard for U.S. sovereignty. McCain chose a man who argues for the takeover of the American Southwest by Mexico. McCain appointed Juan Hernandez as his so-called 'Hispanic outreach director.'
Hernandez was born in Fort Worth, TX to a Mexican father and an American mother. He served as the director of the Presidential Office of Mexicans Living Abroad under Vicente Fox. He holds dual U.S./Mexican citizenship and was the first U.S. born person to serve as a cabinet member of the Mexican government. [...]
Here are a few interesting quotes from John McCain's friend:
"I never knew the border as a limitation; I'd be delighted if all of us could come and go between these two marvelous countries."
"We have recognized that the Mexican population is 100 million in Mexico and 23 million who live in the United States... We are a united nation."
Mexican immigrants "are going to keep one foot in Mexico and are not going to assimilate."
"We are betting that the Mexican population in the United States... will think Mexico first."
"Sen. John McCain Is a Closet Democrat"
U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who is running for president, is not the Republican he claimes to be. He is a RINO (Republican In Name Only) aka a closet Democrat.
McCain supports the president's "guest worker" program of amnesty for illegal [aliens]
McCain spearheaded a campaign finance law, which limits free speech.
McCain voted against a proposed constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage.
McCain has supported legislation by the gun control lobby that would virtually shut down gun shows.
McCain is for getting us involved militarily in conflicts around the world. His League of Democracies will put pressure on target countries when the United Nations doesn't take what the United States deems to be appropriate action. The United States should stay out of other countries' business. He is an internationalist - not a believer in an independent, sovereign United States.
