December 11, 2009 - A woman wanted by the Clearfield County Sheriff's Department in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was captured by the United States Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force in Savannah, Georgia. Barbara Conklin, 42, was wanted by the Clearfield County Sheriff's Department for Failure to Comply related to a forgery conviction in 2002. Conklin was convicted on a forgery charge in August of 2002. Read More

December 10, 2009 - The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) and the Sandusky Police Department arrested Jackie McElroy for homicide. McElroy was wanted on the homicide by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department in Alabama. Read More
December 10, 2009 - The United States Marshals have arrested a Newark area man who was wanted by New Castle County Police for murder and related charges. The Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Khary Knight, 21 of Newark who was indicted for a murder that occurred on July 28, 2009 at the Georgetown Manor Apartments near New Castle. Read More

December 10, 2009 - The U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force had a busy morning in Perry, Florida during a street level roundup of several locally wanted fugitives. All told, Task Force members arrested 10 individuals wanted on a wide array of charges from Lewd and Lascivious Sexual Battery of a Child to Violation of Probation on Narcotic Convictions. Read More

December 09, 2009 - A man wanted by the Chatham County Sheriff's Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender was arrested by the United States Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force Atlanta Office in Fulton County, Georgia. Timothy Collins, 42, was being sought by the Chatham County Sheriff's Department on a warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender after his release from state prison. Read More

December 08, 2009 - United States Marshal Federico Rocha of the Northern District of California announces the arrest of Fermin Pucheta-Temich. On December 4, Pucheta-Temich, 32, was extradited from Mexico City on a warrant of arrest out of San Francisco for multiple federal charges of sexual assault with a minor. Read More

December 07, 2009 - 15 Most Wanted Fugitive Addition - The U.S. Marshals have added to their "15 Most Wanted" list of fugitives a man suspected of killing four relatives Thanksgiving Day in Jupiter, Fla. Paul Michael Merhige, 35, allegedly opened fire on his family, killing four people, including his twin sisters, one of whom was pregnant, a 79-year-old aunt and a six-year-old cousin, and wounding a brother-in-law and another man.
