On November 15, 2009 a hidden camera caught 33 people walking along a trail in Southern Arizona. It is commonly used by people who enter the United States illegally.
Count them.
There are thirty-three -- we don't know how many are on a Jihad.
This hidden camera was placed there as part of Operation Border Count (formerly called Hidden in Plain Sight) -- a project of American Border Patrol. The idea behind Border Count is to show could count the number of people crossing the border illegally.

The Government Accountability Office is Congress' watchdog over the federal government.
In September of 2009 the GAO reported that one of the big problems on the border is that the Department of Homeland Security didn't know if new fencing on the border was working or not.
It recommended that the Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection do a study of the cost-effectiveness of border infrastructure.
What is Effectiveness?
The Secure Fence Act of 2006 spells out what border security means....
"The job of the Department of Homeland Security is the "prevention of all unlawful entries into the United States."
The Measure of Effectiveness: How many are entering unlawfully?
The goal of Operation Border Count is to show that the government could actually count the number of people entering the U.S. illegally. That would be the measure of effectiveness that the GAO says is needed.
It is time to stop talking about border security and to do something about it. Operation Border Count would do something!
