What Lord Monckton Said At Dinner . . . Print E-mail
Written by Kirsten Lombard
Saturday, 17 October 2009 00:31

On Monday, October 12th, I was extremely privileged to spend time with Lord Christopher Monckton and his wife, Lady Juliet Monckton. You never know the unexpected ways in which God will bless you.  In passing the evening with this exceptional couple, I was doubly blessed not only by the pleasure of their excellent company but also by their clear insight into matters of great import--matters that have the potential utterly to destroy the sovereignty of the United States. This entry recounts what Lord and Lady Monckton shared with myself and others over the course of a pre-lecture dinner conversation. His Lordship also worked a portion of this information into his talk at the University of Wisconsin-Madison later that evening.

MONCKTON_CD_thumbLord Monckton is one of the few people who has thorough familiarity with a recently completed draft of the treaty President Obama will sign in Copenhagen in just a matter of weeks. He does not mince words about what he has found in the course of his reading of the document.

The treaty is not just a foot in the door for one-world government. It IS communist, one-world government. And because of the high regard in which our Constitution holds foreign treaties, this document, if ratified by Congress, would supercede the Constitution.

The treaty will, of course, be signed under the banner of coming together internationally to "save the environment" through the reduction of carbon emissions. Except, oh dear, cat's out of the bag...global warming is a giant lie.

While Lord Monckton has become one of the most visible and vocal apologists for this fact, he is hardly alone. MANY credible scientists with solidly conducted research to back them up, have revealed the meme of human-caused climate change as a complete farce.

With wealth comes a cleaner environment. When nations have money and a sense of civic responsibility--such as that present in this nation--they tend to clean up after themelves. Even if global warming, or "climate change," were a reality, the United States and other Western nations could never, in honesty, be called the world's most egregious polluters (I'm sure we all have an awareness of who would be on that list). Except, that's exactly how this treaty labels us. And in so labeling, not only does it attempt to rob us of our sovereignty, it also wants to drain us of our wealth via a huge reparations scam. As the "big polluters," we will be forced to pay a substantial portion of our GDP to the Third World for "ruining the environment." If we do not pony up, we will be subject to even heavier penalties under international law. As I understand it from Lord Monckton, the treaty implements its chains very cleverly and on many levels. It will bind us more closely, for example, to other organizations of dubious reputation and merit such as the UN, the IMF, and the World Bank. We will be surrounded and pinned.

We have all watched redistribution of wealth occurring on an international scale for some time now. TARP involved the transfer of billions of dollars to other nations. But this treaty would RATIONALIZE, INSTITUTIONALIZE, and ACCELERATE the redistribution.

To be abundantly clear, the American people will have no voice or say in this matter--or likely many others--once the treaty is signed. Lord Monckton expressed very frankly that the words democracy, electorate, and voting are conspicuously absent from the treaty language. This document is intended to make America powerless and poor.

THE COPENHAGEN TREATY MUST NOT BE RATIFIED!!!

The Copenhagen conference is scheduled for early December. We have only a few short weeks to educate our fellow Americans and make a very loud noise to our wily legislators so that they do not end up enslaving us through a foolish or underhanded vote against U.S. sovereignty.

The best place to start is to become familiar with the content of the treaty draft itself, which you can find here.

Also, arm yourself with facts on the matter of climate change. Lord Monckton is, of course, an excellent source. Many organizations, such as the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT) and Americans for Prosperity (AFP) frequently offer free copies of Monckton's 2007 video, Apocalypse? No! The video doesn't contain all the most recent damning science, but it's an excellent start. His Lordship is very engaging. You won't be bored.

You can also view Lord Monckton's October 14th, 2009 lecture at Bethel College in St. Paul, MN here.

Or read the text of one of his lectures here

Glenn Beck's Arguing with Idiots also contains some well-constructed, pithy arguments against the climate change lie. If you haven't picked up a copy, I recommend it. Marvelous tool.

As we are reading, let us also be passing this information on to everyone else we can lay hands on...including well-meaning but misguided greenies. Not all of them are hard-core idealogues. If those who are simply misguided could see where this will take us--the crushing cost to our freedom and our finances--they might begin to take a different view of what they have been told is best for them--indeed, what is "best" all of us.

There is much we can do. Let us work together...as quickly and as effectively as we can.

One team, one goal: Stop the Madness.

Now we just need to make sure that President BARRY knows we KNOW and we do NOT want him to sign it. . . if he does then we need to tell congress loud and clear - do NOT sell us OUT!

There will be another "shot heard 'round the world" if this gets shoved down the peoples throat!

Climate Chains
written by Todd Wynn, October 19, 2009
Also, at this event, a documentary short was released. Climate Chains is a 22 min documentary that exposes the extreme environmental movement and the misguided pursuit of cap and trade legislation.

You can watch the full documentary online at http://www.climatechains.com/view-film.html

It was produced by the Cascade Policy Institute in Portland, Oregon.

I don't agree on the notion that treaty ratification supersedes the US constitution. By definition, it cannot. Treaties have the force and effect of Federal legislation, and Federal legislation may supersede or preempt state legislation. If you look at our treaties, most of them have reservations when there is any question of constitutionality.

Chester, you may "disagree" all you like, but the fact remains that any International Treaty, signed by the President and then ratified by the Congress (2/3rds vote, not simple majority) will take precedence over the U.S. Constitution. In order for the U.S. to get "out" of said treaty, the OTHER signatories must agree to LET us out. Now, with the US ponying up most of the bucks, what do YOU think are the chances those poor third world countries are going to say? hmmm?

We are already soon to be dealing with an International treaty which will essentially void our 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms, thanks to Obamanation and Hillary, it is called CIFTA, here is a good site that explains how an evil Administration, such as we have now, will work their black magic (no pun racist or otherwise intended) and eliminate guns from citizens in America - http://tinyurl.com/cgzdqu

Sorry to pop your bubble, but this Administration is poised and ready to sign every international treaty that comes down the road or from those whores at the UN, to establish a global government. We the People are going to be under constant attack from a government that has forgotten "who brung 'em to the dance". They are determined to destroy America, from the middle cla*s out in both directions, so that all that is left is the bottom of the food chain.

It is my opinion that there has never been a president more deserving of our loathing and disrespect than BO And for NOW, I can have that opinion, but I figure soon, it will be against the law to think about how much I detest him.

That Copenhagen document is 181 pages long. Could anyone suggest small sections of it to read so I can verify how damaging it is? Thanks.

Global Warming
written by GCS, October 20, 2009
Check out H.A.A.R.P. The U.S. (and other countries) are in the process of using these antennae for the purpose of heating up the ionosphere (and other reasons). The U.S. set-up is now 40 km east of Fairbanks, Alaska. They're heating the ionosphere near the Artic, Blasting High energy radiation through the Ozone layer. The High Frequency Active Auroral Reasearch Program is powerful enough to heat up the Artic zone, and also disrupt our magnetosphere. Our Magnetosphere is needed to deflect Solar Radiation Beams. Global Warming? How about the melting of our ice-caps, from high energy transmissions!

Pseudo Polticization of an Important Issue
written by James Pannozzi, October 21, 2009
Good article. I find Lord Monckton's comments prescient and rather disturbing. Most regretfully, this article as others have done, attempts to hijack this important issue as a "left vs. right" issue. This false politicization diverts attention and effective opposition by short circuiting the issue based on obsolete political dichotomies no longer of any relevance but which arouse pa*sions and wrongly polarize opinion.
The opposition to the G20 and their anti-corporatist philosophies is what should be utilized here.
It is not an issue of leftism or communism but rather a correctly genuine concern for the global environment. There are indeed grave threats to our democracy and constitutionalism by the misdirection inherent in such "global" movements for the "good" of the environment but the key to the opposition is first to challenge the corporatist welfare and excessive influence of corporatism and corporate lobbying in our politics. This is wrongly seen as an "leftist" point of view but it most certainly is not.

The anti-Republican and anti-Democratic effects of corporatism must first be challenged in order to counteract the worldwide polluting not only of the actual physical environment, but also the intellectual pollution which somehow focuses on the "lefties" while overlooking the dangerously fascistic trends of the "righties". The fact is, there are no more lefties and righties, only those who fall back on this divisive dichotomy for their own political ends. Observe how corporate hegemony has utilized media disinformation to paralyze the health reform effort in the United States to get some sense of similar divertimenti in the global warming and pollution issues. But the backlash has already begun in the light of the astonishing machinations of the wall street firms involved in the "bailout" and their boldface contempt for the populace as they openly and boldly allocate billions of bailout funds for "bonuses".

James,

uhhh, you really should consider heavier use of spell checker and a thesaurus smilies/sad.gif In the first place, the word is to "Politicize" = to bring a political character or flavor to; make political: to politicize a private dispute. Also, while you spelled prescient correctly, your use of it may or may not have been what you intended, but then I'm guessing because it doesn't really make sense in it's usual definition.

Anyway, you use a lot of big words and a lot of circular sentences to basically say that you don't think that global warming (or the newer version, Climate Change, since everyone pretty well knows it AIN'T warming) is a matter of "politics". At least, not a matter of left vs right. Duh! Who EVER said it was? It is NOT about politics at all. But then the Cap and Trade bill is NOT about global warming, so what's your point?

Nothing about the Cap & Trade legislation OR the Copenhagen Treaty is about Global Warming, Climate Change OR Saving The Planet. Don't you get that yet? THERE IS NO GLOBAL WARMING. THERE HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE Climate CHANGE - DuH! This planet has undergone "Climate Change" for millions of years, and except for the last few thousand, it went THROUGH those changes WITHOUT man. What a bunch of arrogant, pompous, self-absorbed, arse ended idiots think that they are so almighty important that what THEY do is going to INFLUENCE climate change. /mutter MORONS Oh yeah, and while you are at it, why don't you just run right out there and influence that tide, ok? Or, maybe re-route the moon's orbit?? There you go, that's a good boy. It's not about "global environment", it's about the MONEY, it's about the POWER, and it's about the CONTROL of everyone's life, of every aspect of everyone's life.

That means that since you obviously MISSED the memo on the politics and climate change thing, there is little chance that you have any clue what you are attempting to discuss regarding Corporations or perhaps Capitalism?? Because, quite frankly, a free market and capitalism is about the ONLY thing that will fix Obama's (and yes, Bush's) screwed up mess. The problem is that smaller government, a free market and capitalism REALLY don't work that well when the Moron-In-Chief is so bent on socializing the country, re-distributing the wealth, expanding to infinity the government and it's power, establishing his One World government, and printing money faster than Bill Clinton can unzip his pants at an Intern convention!

So, I guess my point is, if you have a point to make, try making it with a bit less garrulity, and a little less effort trying to impress everyone with your towering intellect. Just say what you mean, don't make us guess because we can't get past the misspelled or misused words.

If this is true, and it may be, it will result in war. The US citizens are not going to be bambozzzled into a world government intent on punishing them regardless of what takes presedence over what.

I have seen where Obama commited at the meetings last month to providing the IMF with $250 billion American dollars. As a start. Intention is to remove US dollar as the world standard and replace it with "IMF special draws"...an international currency

James, glad that you informed me there is no global warming only natural climate change. Since James said it I can now sleep at night. What degrees do you have and how many years have you spent studying climate change? You are just so smart, I'm in awe!!!! We all want to be as smart as James.

Instead of rewording, translating, and propagandizing your opinion, why don't you submit the actual pages and paragraphs to SUPPORT your statements regarding G20 and how BO is going to convert the U.S. to a World Government. Just because Chris Monckton said he read it doesn't mean he understands it. Whatever he read converted him into a Spin Doctor of global warming and a global government that is actually kind of comical. Why is a climatologist speaking on a global government? Self promotion? That's my only conclusion!!!!

James P, This is all you should have said; "There are indeed grave threats to our democracy and constitutionalism". Those re your words. That's all that needs to be said! Just think for a minute, If BO signs, I can see 3rd world leaders toasting and partying like back in the middle ages from a victory in battle!!!! You get it??? They will Be so Happy that the United States will be supporting them. They'll be receiving free money, to do whatever they what, like build Nuclear Bombs, or any other unforeseen evil. LISTEN, I SENT MY EMAILS TO STOP THIS AND ALL OF YOU SHOULD AS WELL! Thank you.
