In this article we will use the Word of God, our God-given discernment, and prayer to examine a prevailing condition that is of the severest danger. I have dedicated the past twenty-eight years of my life to the Word of God and prayer, and I have been a watchman of the prophetic signs for the duration of my ministry. It never ceases to amaze me how so many things can be obvious, and yet the masses of people remain in a condition of indifference and abject apathy. I have come to realize that the people of this world, especially those of the United States of America, are in a spiritual slumber. Satan and his powers of antichrist governance have used various devices and methods to induce this spiritual slumber, and it is a deep and deadly sleep that has come upon America.
The above verses warn us of this very condition, and truly it is upon us. So many things happen in the darkness while people sleep. Men like Barack Obama become President, financial bailout bills are passed, climate bills are passed, and governmental health reform is advanced. Designer influenza viruses seem to appear from nowhere, which provide an excuse for inoculating countless millions of unsuspecting people. Never before has the world been in the condition it is now. Peace is constantly touted, yet we are always at war somewhere. Tares or weeds are being sown or planted among the wheat in this great spiritual field of the world, and confusion is everywhere. Religions are a great problem as well, especially those that wave the banner of "Christianity" and do not know the first thing about obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ. The lamps of discernment have gone out.
There is a sleep from which some people never awaken. Some people die in their sleep, and this is also true in the spiritual sense. The United States of America is rapidly being destroyed, and people refuse to wake up and rise up to oppose the evil. Souls are being destroyed by mega-churches, televangelists, and religious organizations; and people sleep on while it happens. We must sound the alarm and bring people to the rude awakening of what is happening to them. It is almost over, and eternity is just ahead. The Apostle Paul wrote of this time we are now living in. In Romans 13:11-12 we read as follows: "And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light."
While our nation and the world sleep on, you can come fully awake right now and call upon the Lord Jesus with a true and sincere repentance. He will hear you and respond with salvation for your soul, and you will receive a great blessing and purpose in your life. Do it now! Time will come to an abrupt end very soon!
The Rise of Marxist Socialism in America!
Is the United States of America in a state of transition into a Marxist-socialist or even a communist country? Could the sleeping masses of people be so deceived and oblivious to what is going on that the unthinkable is happening? Most educated people are familiar with two books written by George Orwell. One is entitled 1984, and the other is entitled Animal Farm. Both books are about a one-world, communistic government that micro-manages every person. Those infamous words "Big Brother is watching you" came from the book 1984. In the book, the entire world becomes a panopticon, which means you are always being watched. But you don't know who's watching you. In the book Animal Farm, we find a microcosm of the world in the form of a happy farm of animals, protected by a firm constitution, which guarantees individual rights for all. Soon, a gradual but persistent takeover began to transform the farmyard into a communist-socialist state, and by the time many of the animals came fully awake it was too late. Here let it be noted that during the week following Obama's 100th day in office, the massive internet marketplace known as Amazon.com pulled these two books by Orwell on their Kindle electronic-book reader device, saying they are not authorized to be sold because of a questionable copyright violation. (1) They also flatly and assertively stated that there is no government conspiracy! Obama, like Adolph Hitler, must have realized that certain books needed to be eliminated so people would not catch on to what is happening to them! (Amazon has since re-added these books, likely due to public outcry.)
