E-mail Print
November 25, 2008
Provides expedited travel via land, air or sea to approved members between the U.S. and Canada border.
NEXUS membership also fulfills the travel document requirements of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, which will require a passport or other secure travel document by all U.S. and Canadian citizens seeking entry or re-entry into the U.S. by air beginning January 23, 2007. It is anticipated that NEXUS membership also will be acceptable when the requirement is extended to land and sea travel.
