FOI REQUEST TO ALL SOS FOR OBAMA'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
We need to find out what the SOS of the various States know about Obama's birth certificate and qualifications to be president. If you have time, please send/fax/email the following FOI (freedom of information letter) to some or all of the SOS bureau of elections. After you get a response please post on www.obamacrimes.com, www.freerepublic.com, www.peoplespa*sions.org, http://americamustknow.com,www.rallycongress.com.
1. The address , fax number and email address for the Bureau of elections for the states are at www.eac.gov.
2. I like the faxes because they will respond quicker to them. Print off your generic FOI request and past/tape the next name over the top and fax it off. See emails listed below for all 50 SOS.Cut and paste to send all 50 at one time. Sit back and wait for answers.

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. Please send the following documents for examining and photocopying:
1. Documents that show that Barack Obama is qualified to be President of the United States , including but not limited to:
a. Original birth certificate
b. Proof that he is a natural born United States citizen
c. Proof that he was born in Kenya
AS you know , the FOIA provides that if a portions of a document are exempt from release, the remainder must be segregated and disclosed. Therefore, I would like to examine all nonexempt portions of the records that I requested and I ask that you justify and deletions by citing specific exemptions of the FOIA
This is a continuing request into the future for 6 months.
If this is not the proper department, please forward to the Election Bureau/SOS.
I promise to pay reasonable search and duplication fees in connection with this request. (Note: The FOIA permit some fee reduction or waivers).
Please notify me if the charges will exceed ($20.00), so that I can decide whether to authorize a higher amount.

Yep Ted, I listened to that last night actually, and they hit the nail(s) right on the head. I'll probably be listening in to them more. They brought up what is the true and seriously dangerous part of it all, this isn't partisan backlashing, this is defending the Constitution. I've been writing directly to some national news outlets requesting they cover this. How can they ignore it when there are at least half a dozen filed, and nearly a dozen more potential court cases seeking proof of "natural born citizenship" before the electoral college does it's dopey little dance. Just think, if Obama is considered eligible, the Supreme Court will basically have opened up the door for any citizen to be president, only one good can come of that, Gov. Terminator of CA could run. To anyone who opposes the right of any American citizen to question the legitimacy of a candidate for national office, please read the Declaration of Independence. We have a right to know the truth about Obama's citizenship. You wonder why he didn't salute the flag at that rally? It is because he didn't grow up in America, where the rest of us recited the Pledge of Allegiance every morning in school, he just doesn't have America in his blood. He never served his country. I did, Honorably. McCain's citizenship was challenged in 2000, he responded by disclosing EVERYTHING, as he had nothing to hide and citizenship law validated him. But on the contrary what about Obama? He's hiding something. I haven't seen much evidence posted to support or challenge Obama's citizenship. So I found it for myself. check out the United States Office of Personnel Management, they have an international citizenship manual, a large PDF titled "Citizenship Laws of the World" which can be found directly at http://www.opm.gov/EXTRA/INVESTIGATE/is-01.PDF. Here's the key part:

INDONESIA
CITIZENSHIP: Citizenship is based upon the Nationality Laws of Indonesia, dated January 1,
1946, and amended on August 1, 1958. Questions concerning persons born before January 1,
1946, should be directed to the Emba*sy.

MARRIAGE: A foreign woman who marries a citizen of Indonesia may obtain Indonesian citizenship upon revocation of previous citizenship.

BY NATURALIZATION: Indonesian citizenship may be acquired upon fulfillment of the following conditions: Person provides proof of loss or renunciation of former nationality, is at least age 21, was either born in Indonesia or has resided continuously for five years or not continuously for ten years, knows the Indonesian language, has knowledge of Indonesian history, has no criminal record, is of good mental and physical health, has a regular means of support, and, if applicable, has obtained their spouse's permission

DUAL CITIZENSHIP: NOT RECOGNIZED.

I don't want to argue who likes obama, I want to see the courts interpret the U.S. Constitution and citizenship laws and do what is right.

We ask for news coverage on specific stories and can't get it, we don't want fake news and get it 24/7. MAINSTREAM MEDIA WAKE UP! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE ON OUR SIDE!

Obama obviously has something to hide. In my opinion, he is hoping that since he is POTUS-elect, this will be swept under the rug. WE WANT TRUTH!
