Is it your contention that anyone and everyone who brings forth a lawsuit is a nut case? What about retired attorney Leo C. Donofrio?... Back to him in a minute. Back to Berg and the infamous Suoter.

If one analyzes the time-line of events in the Suoter court, Suoter dismissed the case AFTER Obama failed to deny Request for Admissions in the 30-day period. Under Rule 36, the Admissions Mr. Berg listed were “conclusively established” . . . that is until Suoter dismissed and rendered all motions moot.

Suoter knew that a Summary Judgment was in order. Obama clearly did not respond to the Admissions to avoid perjury, or overt admission of guilt, Obama depending on political and voter pressure to influence a dismissal (see Suoter’s comment bowing to the will of the voter in the dismissal).

Knowing by Rules and by Evidence that Obama admitted, or had refused to deny his lack of natural born status, through abuse of discretion and undue influence, Suoter became an accessory to Obama’s crimes of intentionally defrauding the U.S. electoral process.

In conclusion: REGARDLESS of how many times Berg has filed the only behavior we should be conserved with is the behavior of the court!!! If Berg was not fit to practice law then indeed he would not be practicing law. However who is to say that Suoter is fit for the bench?... Now back to Leo C. The Constitution does define which qualifications of citizenship are necessary for a President to be sworn into office, and all authority not delegated to our public servants in national or state government are all authorities remaining in my hands.

I am satisfied that SCOTUS has required Obama, the Democrat Party and the Federal Election Commission to provide a BIRTH CERTIFICATE, sealed, from the hand of Hawaii's Governor on 1 December 2008. Any other gossip between now and 1 December I have to ignore.

If on 1 December the Supreme Court does show that it is a committee of hired prostitutes, there is already enough treason in Congress, the Executive Offices and the Denominations of Democracy to where I will consider strongly the right of the people to absolve our national debt "When in the course of human events it becomes necessary...."

Answer:
The Office of the Federal Register at the National Archives and Records Administration administers the Electoral College process, which takes place after the November general election. We as Americans have very few requirements for our president. Our constitution and laws are what makes our country great. It is not unreasonable to ask for proof that someone is eligible for an office before we let them take it.

If Obama wishes to be the chief executive in charge of enforcing our constitution then it is not at all unreasonable to ask him to prove is eligibility under our constitution. If he delays and refuses, he will cause much damage to the country and merely increase hostilities. He merely has to release the "vault copy of his live birth certificate" to solve the problem and show that he does want to be the peace maker.

I will leave it to others with a greater understanding of our laws to decide if he lost citizenship when adopted in Indonesia and traveled under their pa*sport or perhaps if he failed to select the US when he turned 18 from duel/triple citizen ship with Indonesia and or England (via Kenya).

The bottom line is that a politician may wish to hide the truth but a statesman understands that the truth is always best for our open country. Obama has a choice of what kind of leader he will be.

It now appears that Obama comes from the following history.
Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen, he was born in Kenya. His mother was a naturalized U.S. citizen because she was to young to have met the residency requirements pursuant to U.S. law. His father was a citizen of Kenya. Obama could of become a “naturalized” citizen at that time while in Hawaii but it appears that he did not, but someone did acquired a fraudulent "Live Birth Certificate" for him
at that time. He then went to Indonesia for 10 years with a new father and his mother and became a citizen of Indonesia. Obama was then sent back to Hawaii to live with his grand parents and to school where he could have again became a "naturalized" U.S. citizen but it is looking more and more like he did not. We believe Obama lost his Kenya citizenship because Kenya requires that you reaffirm it after 10 years and we believe he allowed it to lapse. We believe Obama retains his Indonesia citizenship because Indonesia citizenship lasts for life unless you renounce and we do not believe he renounce it. The end results of these facts is that Mr. Obama is currently an illegal U.S. alien, all of which prevents him from serving as a United States President.

How does anyone explain his sister's name embedded within the digital imprint of his live birth certificate, underneath the place where Obama's name is when the layers are lifted? Why would the DOH embed his sister's name within HIS document? If they messed it up, they'd have used another paper, not edited it. ANY alterations or erasures makes the document invalid. I appears obvious that Obama has forged a BC here.

It does not matter that they no longer hold that Citizenship, they fall into the same bracket as a “Naturalized Citizen” because they have/had Divided Allegiance.

WAS OR IS OBAMA AN INDONESIAN CITIZEN? The Senator isn’t saying, isn’t mentioning it, is trying to avoid producing any Paperwork at all. Why? If he is/was an Indonesian Citizen, too, the Senator’s entire narrative is a fiction and he should be ashamed of himself. It appear fairly clear that he’s lied about Kenya, at least by omission, for months/years, so why should I a*sume he isn’t lying about Indonesia?

Indonesian Citizenship doesn’t. If he was an Indonesian Citizen he would have to actively repudiate that Citizenship at age 21 or retained it FOR LIFE. Did he? Has he?
Because if he hasn’t, Senator Obama is Dual National Indonesian at this moment,
subject to the Laws of BOTH Countries, equally.
That is true under US Law, Indonesian Law and International Law and until LAST YEAR Indonesia DID NOT Recognize Dual Citizenship and the USA did not Recognize that one could be a Dual US/Indonesian Citizen. It does not matter that the Senator was not Responsible for the change of Citizenship because he was a child when it happened. Governor Schwarzenegger was not Responsible for the fact that he was born in Austria, or that under Austrian Law he is not a US Citizen, or under the US Law and Rules he is not a Citizen of Austria. Senator Obama needs to produce his ORIGINAL PAPERWORK, all of it, not just a Certification of Live Birth from the State of Hawaii, but all his other Paperwork too.
So, the Senator WAS a Dual National. That is now an admitted fact, admitted by his own Campaign and by Annenberg. The Senator is a Constitutional Lawyer which means that he knows, and has always known, that he is probably Ineligible to Hold the Office of POTUS, or that, at the very least, there is a strong Legal Argument that that is the case. In turn, that means that as he lied about his Kenyan and British Citizenships he is probably lying about his Indonesian Citizenship.
I do not suppose that it was ever his intention to give up his US Citizenship and it does not matter to me one bit. It doesn’t matter to Indonesia either. If Lolo Soetoro adopted him he ceased to be a US Citizen in the mid 1960s, BY INDONESIAN LAW. He also ceased to be a Kenyan Citizen, BY INDONESIAN LAW. By Kenyan and US Law he retained his Original Citizenships, until his 21st Birthday. By Indonesian Law he could have given up Indonesian Citizenship at age 18, but did he? If he didn’t he was, albeit accidentally, displaying a Legal Intention to void his US Citizenship, since he knew he could not Legally hold both Citizenships. Pease don’t tell me that the US doesn’t have to concern itself with the Laws of Indonesia because, in this case, the US does have to do so. By the way, under US Law of another time the Senator would not have been a US Citizen of any kind, and he knows that. If a Naturalized Citizen cannot hold the Office of POTUS because they previously held another Citizenship it is egregious, so far as I am concerned, that a Dual Citizen/Former Dual Citizen should claim to have a Legal Right to do so. I refer the reader to Blackstone.
