(HONOLULU)(November 1, 2008) Internet powerhouse Andy Martin has ignited a firestorm in Hawai'i over Barack Obama's bogus "original" birth certificate. Martin won a stunning victory Friday afternoon (October 31st) when the State of Hawai'i backed his assertion that there was an original, "typewritten, 1961" birth certificate, called a "Certificate of Live Birth" or "COLB" in Hawai'i, that no one has previously seen. Hawai'i officials retrieved and examined the document after Martin filed a lawsuit seeking access to the historic 1961 original.
Obama has falsely claimed to have placed the "original" on the Internet. Factcheck.org has falsely claimed to have seen this document and posted it on the Internet; that is not true. CNN has falsely ridiculed Martin.
Hawai'i officials have now refuted Obama's false assertion. Martin's victory in Honolulu will roil the final weekend of the presidential campaign. Internet chatter is expected to explode as the issue moves to the front page over Saturday and Sunday. Swing voters may be swayed by the exposure that Obama has brazenly been lying to the American people. "We just lobbed a grenade into the final weekend of the presidential campaign," says Andy. "I am ecstatic. I called Obama a liar. I called Factcheck.org 'ObamaLies.org.' I said CNN was sloppy and lazy and wrong. And I was right. The State of Hawai'i has now backed me up. Whew. I knew I was right, but I feel a lot more comfortable knowing that I have started to get the machinery moving in state government. The original document is now obviously protected and safe from any tampering by Obama. "My lawsuit started a firestorm in Hawai'i. The circuit judge has set a hearing for November 18th (a report in the Honolulu Advertiser for November 1st for an earlier hearing date of November 7th is inaccurate; that date was cancelled). "CNN also has egg on its face, because, once again, Hawai'i backs my contention that the original document has never surfaced in public. CNN tried to demean me by contradicting my accurate claim. "Now Obama, Factcheck.org and CNN have been exposed as liars. I said there was a 'secret,' original, typewritten birth certificate that had never been disclosed, and that document was the original COLB, not the phony 'original' that CNN placed before its viewers. "Why would Hawai'i officials review the vault document at the Eleventh Hour if my lawsuit wasn't causing a furor in Hawai'i state government? Why? The Friday before the election? "Mine is the only logical, rational, properly prepared lawsuit that has been filed to open Obama's secret records. I sued in the proper state in the proper court against the proper officials for the proper remedy. And they are responding properly. The judge has properly, although not as quickly as I would have preferred, set a hearing to consider my claims. I have not filed outrageous or exaggerated pleadings. "I merely sought access to a document based on its scholarly and news value and because I had been tipped by my sources inside state government that Obama was lying. My network of informants within state government helps me and guides me. Others filed lawsuits outside Hawai'i that have either been dismissed or discredited. "I have an outstanding record of high-profile public interest litigation, as recognized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court five years ago when they allowed me to represent a U. S. Marine in a landmark lawsuit." So why did it take so long? Why was this not accomplished sooner? Will this even matter in the Obamaniac world? I hope so. This is insane, that we've gone through all this. If we could have simply gotten ahold of this a bit sooner, so that we could PROVE what the blogosphere has been insisting all along. If that idiot had just stayed where he was he could simply have remained the #1 most left liberal Senator. Now he's falsified SO much stuff, gotten elected by multiple votes from gold fish and dead people, HE'S going to jail and America may go to war.

Best wishes to Andy Martin in Court tomorrow. Please do not leave us all hanging. Whatever the outcome is, we who have supported the efforts would like to know the courts decision whatever a next appeal or filing may be or if we find the case resolved. For heavens' sake, you are masterful at leaving out court document references and numbers-- would you mind citing the docket and court opinion, even if it is paraphrased? Continued success your writing oi defend America's liberty.

I am laughing my a*s off at Andy Martin. He has got to be one of the biggest morons I've ever read about, and so is anyone who could take him seriously. I remember reading some of his stuff back in 2007 when he was writing, "Cock-a-doodle doo!! He was going to be the one to "take down Barack Obama". It was surmised that he may have been one of the biggest forces behind the e-mail smear campaign against Obama that's been gong on since the campaign began.
I imagine he's blowing a gasket now. The entire premise of the "false" birth certificate was alledging that Obama wasn't a natural born citizen. Now he's talked to the officials in Hawaii and is thanking "Dr. Chiyome f*kino for confirming my factual allegation that there was/is an original, typewritten 1961 'vault' COLB that has not been made public and that the true 'original' COLB is in official files." Uh....HELLO?? Is Martin failing to see that this actually CONFIRMS the fact that Obama IS in fact a natural-born citizen of the United States? And FactCheck explained in very detailed article that the birth certificate presented on the web by Obama is the 'short version', which they apparently send to people who request a copy of it from the Clerk's office. So what exactly is the big "lie" that's been told? That the birth certificate on the web is the short version because that's what the Clerk's office sent him when he requested it? Wow, that's really grounds for impeachment, folks!! Someone needs to cart Andy Martin off to the funny farm. It doesn't look like he's "taken Barack Obama down" at all - just showed everyone what a lunatic he himself really is.

Sorry "GEM", your post ads nothing to what is already known. Everyone knows Obama posted a summary of his birth certificate on the web. Everyone knows that the summary is inadequate. Everyone knows that the reason Obama posted the inadequate summary is that he was unwilling to disclose all the details that are shown on the original. No reasonable person believes that Obama accidently posted the summary document on his website because he didn't understand that he was being asked to disclose the detailed original document. No reasonable person can understand why, after many months of requests, Obama doesn't just post the d**n original birth certificate and make all these allegations and dissention go away.; that is, of course, unless the reason is that there is something on his original birth certificate that he is unwilling to disclose (say that he was born in Kenya perhaps?).
Obama clearly has it in his power to make all this controversy go away. With the merest snap of his finger or nod of his head he cold have the original birth certificate made public in a manner that nobody could argue was correct. That he does not shows not only his profound disrespect for the American People but for our American justice and electoral system as well. As Martin points out, f*kino has confirmed that there is a true "original" vault COLB in the official files of Hawaii. This, as Martin points out, directly contradicts Obama and the Obama campaigns repeated statements that the copy of the birth certificate on the "Stop the Smears" website is THE origina true birth certificate on file at the state of Hawaii. What Obama has provided is now proven, by Dr f*kino, to be a copy of a summary of the original. Once again, so even you will understand, what Obama has posted is not the original birth certificate that was requested and Obama claims to have provided. See next post for part 2 of this post

Sorry, I got too long winded replying to GEM and went over the maximum number of words allowed for my post. Please read part 1 of 2 before reading this part.
In Hawaii, it is possible for someone born outside Hawaii, even someone born in Kenya, to obtain a Hawaiian birth certificate if their parents lived in Hawaii for at least one year prior to the baby being born. We know that Obamas parents lived in Hawaii for the year prior to Obama being born so they would have obtained a Hawaiian birth certificate even if Obama were born in Kenya. We also know that if someone showed up in Hawaii with a baby and claimed that the baby was born in Hawaii, even at home in Hawaii, there would have been no questions asked and no proof required. Obama's mother could easily have had the baby in Kenya, flown to Hawaii a few days later, walked into the recorders office, and claimed that she'd had the baby at home in Honolulu. Many people had babies at home back then and there is no possiblility that anyone would have asked any questions. Moreover, as children routinely traveled on their parents pa*sports in the 60's (as did I) it is quite possible that no record would have been recorded of Obama's arrival in Hawaii from Kenya. Even if such a record had been recorded it would never have been communicated from the US Federal Government Immigration to the State of Hawaii office that maintains birth certificates so Hawaii would never have known that Obama's mother was lying even if the baby was born in Kenya. Martin, Berg, Keyes and others allegations regarding Obama's possible birth in Kenya or lack of citizenship are, undeniably, both possible and plausible. No reasonable person can say that it would have been impossible for what Martin, Berg, Keyes, and others allege to have happend to have, actually, happened. Is it likely? I don't know, How many Angels can dance on the head of a pin? The point is that it could have happened and there is a certain amount of evidence that supports the contention that it did actually happen. Obama owes the American people an explanation. If Obama is not qualified to be President it will be the most serious constitutional and security threat the country has ever known. No law or treaty he signs will be legal. No Government official he appoints will be legitimate. Worse, if Russia, Iran, Kenya, etc were to obtain evidence that Obama was a fraud and not qualified to be President they could blackmail him. In fact, Obama would not even be able to obtain a normal Security Clearance if there were concerns that he might be susceptable to blackmail. For example, it's not against the law to be gay and it is possible for someone who is gay to get a security clearance, however, someone who fails to disclose that he is gay and is "in the closet" in his personal and professional life would be rejected for a security clearance because of fears that he could be blackmailed with threats to disclose his sexual orientation publicly. The American people have a right to know their President is a natural born citizen. They have a right to know that their President is not at risk of being blackmailed. They have a right to know he is not a dual citizen of another country with devided loyalties. The most serious criticism I can make regarding Obama, and that is a big statement given all the criticism's I could make, is that he has absolutely wantonly refused to honor the American people, honor the American legal system, and honor the American election process by a*suring the country that all of the extremely serious allegations against him are baseless. Pointing to a possibly falsified summary birth certificate just doesn't answer the mail. He is now the President Elect. He needs to start acting like one. Act like a leader. Act like and example to the American people. Release the d**n original COLB birth certificate. Fully explain any questions regarding living in Kenya and Indonesia and prove that nothing was done that caused him to become ineligible to be President. Ultimately, while it may take years and a constitutional crisis, all the facts WILL come out. Do it now and let the US people accept him as the legitimate and honorable President that he should be.

Don't you see? George Bush is going to "graciously" draft a rule to open the door to foreign born citizens be president so Obama can "run" the country for four years. THEN - it will be legal for Arnold Schwartzeneger to run in 2012 to kick Obama out. This is a setup designed to get the Democrats to agree to vote on a bill that will let foreigners be President. Obama will only get four years, then we'll be looking at Arnold for the next 8...another Nazi back in the White House. All the Bushes were Nazis and Prescott Bush was even arrested for helping the Nazis. Go to bra*schecktv.com and watch the news footage. That's how they're going to sell America down the road.....They're willing to put up with Obama for four years while they plot and plan for Arnold's takeover.

Once it is finally proven that he not a natural-born american citizen (anymore), then him and Biden will be thrown off the ticket in every state and McCain/Palin will win as they should have in the first place.
