Baghdad Bob
Thanks to Pro-Life cartoonist Dan Lacey for including Iranian President Ahmadinejad as a recent subject in his current 'Pancake' miniature oil painting series, which features a variety of politicians and celebrities with the popular breakfast item balanced smartly upon the top of their heads.  Other recent subjects in his series include NBC Late Show host David Letterman and Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank.

The paintings are inspired by Oolong, a bunny rabbit who was trained by his Japanese owner to balance a variety of different items upon his head, including a dorayaki, widely mistaken as a pancake.  Oolong passed away in 2003, but the legend of the 'pancake bunny' remains a popular Internet meme. 


The painting is available for bid on Ebay at a current price of $41.00.  As of this writing Mahmoud has yet to acknowledge the likeness on his blog.
